Returns

If you’d like to return an item or order, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will assist you.

We accept returns on unopened and new-condition items within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a full refund.

Please note: Orders over $1,000 will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.

Product Condition Expectations

Minor blemishes, dings, or scratches may occur during the manufacturing or shipping process. While we aim to minimize these imperfections, cosmetic-only issues that do not impact performance are typically not eligible for return or exchange.

If a product arrives in poor condition or with a performance-impacting defect, we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis to ensure it’s made right.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping or freight costs associated with returning an item. (Including the shipping cost to you)
  • Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total return.
  • If the return is due to a (e.g. wrong item shipped, confirmed defect), we will cover return shipping.

Refund Timing

Return shipping timelines vary, especially with LTL freight (typically 5–10 days or more). Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the return or exchange and for your bank to reflect any refund.

  • Returns are only applicable to customers in the lower 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

International Note

If an order is placed with GIANT Lifting and the product is subsequently moved outside the continental United States, the warranty will be voided and all return/exchange shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

We do our best to make the order process smooth and flexible—but due to the fast pace of our shipping operations, there are a few things to note when it comes to cancellations and refunds:

What Can Be Refunded or Canceled

All products and orders are eligible for cancellation and a full refund unless:

  • The item is listed as “Clearance”
  • The item was purchased from our “Bargain Cave” (in-warehouse deals)

Timing Matters

We typically prepare and ship multiple pallets daily. Once your order has been processed or placed on a shipping pallet, it can no longer be canceled. We recommend notifying as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel your order. Refunds are only valid for orders that have not been processed for shipping.

If you request a same-day cancellation, your order may have already been processed. In that case:

  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs
  • Any cancellation after processing will result in a partial refund, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.

Free Shipping Isn't Free to Return


Even though we offer “Free Shipping”, there are still real costs associated with sending it to you and returning it to our warehouse. These costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a return or cancellation after processing.

Also, please note: tracking updates may not appear until a day or more after pickup, so a delay in tracking visibility does not mean your order hasn't shipped.

Exchanges

We get it—sometimes you need to make a change. Here’s how exchanges and order adjustments work:

Exchanges (Within 30 Days of Purchase)

  • We accept exchanges on items that are new and unopened within 30 days of purchase.
  • If your product is used but in “like-new” condition, we may approve the exchange at our discretion.

- In most cases, a 15% restocking fee will apply, as the item will be resold as used.

  • For returns & exchanges - If you are unable to bring the product to our warehouse, you’ll be responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs.

Order Cancellations for Price Adjustments

If you would like to cancel and reorder the same items to take advantage of better pricing, please just reach out—we’re happy to work with you!
