Standard Warranty Coverage:
All GIANT Lifting products come with a standard one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise noted. This warranty ensures that you receive high-quality gear you can count on.

What’s Not Covered:

• Cosmetic imperfections (blemishes, scratches, dings, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from improper use, maintenance, handling, storage, or alterations
• Discontinued items or products purchased from third parties (not directly from GIANT Lifting)
• Items moved outside the continental U.S. after delivery (warranty is void, and return costs fall to the customer)

In the Event of a Defect:

We’re committed to your satisfaction. We are reasonable and do our very best to take care of our customers and we will request images/videos to better understand and assess the situation. Qualified products are backed by our Limited Lifetime 3-year warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality.

What’s Covered:

• Structural integrity and frame-related issues caused by manufacturing defects
• Functional failures due to material or workmanship defects within the 3-year window

What’s Not Covered:

• Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dings, nicks, or blemishes that do not affect performance
• Damage due to misuse, improper storage, modification, or normal wear and tear
• Any issue that renders the product unusable for reasons not related to a manufacturing defect will void the coverage

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser for as long as they own the product.

Qualified products are backed by our Limited Lifetime+ 5-year warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality.

What's Covered:

• Structural and frame-related issues caused by manufacturing defects
• Functional failures resulting from material or workmanship defects within the warranty period

What's Not Covered:

• Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dings, nicks, blemishes) that don’t affect performance
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, modifications, or normal wear and tear
• Any issue unrelated to a manufacturing defect that makes the product unusable

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser for the duration of ownership.

Qualified products are backed by our Lifetime 10-year warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality.

What’s Covered:

• Structural integrity and frame-related issues caused by manufacturing defects
• Functional failures due to material or workmanship defects within the 10-year window

What’s Not Covered:

*Discontinued items that are purchased are not backed by a warranty.*

Clearance products are not warrantied and sold as-is. 

If faulty use, improper maintenance, storage, handling, or alteration are the reason for the equipment failing, the warranty may be voided.

*Weight capacity limits: In some cases, products may have a weight capacity limit. Products with a specific weight limit capacity will reflect that capacity on the product page. If the damage is found from exceeding the weight capacity limit, the warranty will be voided. 

*Damaged Products: In certain instances, products that are damaged and can't be sent back to us for return or exchange. Giant Lifting may instruct the purchaser to: Recycle, salvage, or destroy/general waste disposal.

By accepting the replacement product, you agree to comply with any instructions issued by Giant Lifting to destroy or dispose of the product and to further confirm that Giant Lifting will have no liability related to a defective product that was replaced.

Disclaimed Warranties

The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, to the maximum extent allowed by law, all other warranties, including but not limited to express warranty, implied warranty, warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and warranty of non-infringement of intellectual property, are expressly excluded to the maximum extent

 

Updated warranty periods on 04-23-2025.  Previous to this date, all warranties were 1 year on all products.  New warranties are as listed above.
