If you are looking for an accessory barbell this is a good option, but if your doing dynamic movements and want more aggressive knurling so that barbell grips your hands better than we recommend the Garage Gym Bar 2.0 series

THE budget bar.

After a lot of digging and research this was THE cheapest 'good' olympic barbell. The knurling is great. Very grippy, but wont rip your skin. Its biggest "drawback" is its weight rating (700lbs static). But if your new, like me, that won't come into play for quite some time, if ever. If your looking for the best budget bar, just add this to cart right now!

Its called the BeatDown 2.0 but it won’t break your wallet!!

I was looking for quality and affordability and found both with GIANT Liftings Beat Down Bar 2.0.
I’m no pro or anything close but I like to workout at home and this bar allows me to do everything I need to do wether it’s simple bench press, throw it in a landmine attachment and the options are limitless.
Knurling is perfect and she rolls as smooth as buttah!!
Get one, you’ll love it!!
